HHS Drama Club to present fall play 'Puffs' on Nov. 9-11
The Hampton High School Drama Club will perform its entirely student-run production of “Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years in a Certain School of Magic and Magic,” at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, 10, and 11.
Tickets are available for $10 at the door. The play will be held in the HHS auditorium, 2929 McCully Road.
In this hilarious parody of a familiar story, three potential heroes are just trying to make it through a magic school that proves to be very dangerous for children. Alongside them are the Puffs, a group of well-meaning, loyal outsiders with a thing for badgers. Their epic quest takes the classic story to new places and reimagines what a boy wizard hero can be.
The student directors are Andrew Kaehly and Kiley Vande Geest. The talented cast consists of Nathan Connelly, Keegan Baker, Echo Schomaeker, Rachel Kirsopp, Lucas Pfeifer, Lily Beth Kuhn, Daniel Morgan, Ashley Kimmell, Sara Miller, Lordyn Schomaeker, Isaac Thatcher, Linnea Taube, Madison McCay, and Bella Korn.
